The OWG annual Christmas party is scheduled for Saturday December 10th from 4pm-7pm at the back park clubhouse.

Come and see Santa and take a ride in a horse drawn sleigh ride. There will be drinks and treats

There are five people that have submitted Candidate Certification forms to be on the ballot for the upcoming election on Saturday October 29th, 2016.

There is a typo on the Proxy / Absentee Ballot that was sent out to the association members for the 2016 election. The letter 'H' was missing on the version that was mailed. The corrected version can be downloaded using the link below.

Happy Fourth of July!!!!            

Please come and join your neighbors at the Fourth of July Parade.

Assemble at front park near the pool around 9:00 AM on July 4th. The Parade will begin after 9:30. Ride bikes, pull wagons, strollers,etc. Fancy cars and motorcycles are also welcome. And of course you can walk. Be sure and have the kids decorate their bikes because prizes will be awarded. The fire truck will be there to lead us to the back park. If you can't be in the big parade you can cheer us along the parade route. Then come join us at the back park. Once at the back park we will have a water slide, hamburgers, hot dogs and refreshments . Plus a few surprises.

The Fourth of July is also the official opening of the Little Free Library which will be located at the back park.

 

A special meeting of the Board of Directors was called on February 23, 2016 for the expressed purpose of discussing bids from management companies. At this meeting the Oakwood Glen Association Board voted to engage Sterling Association Services as our new management company to begin on April 1, 2016. Homeowners should be receiving a welcome mailing from them very soon.
