Front Park Closed

General News

The front park will be closed starting on Monday September 23, 2013. Our electrical contractor will be trenching and installing conduit for the ADT security camera system the board voted to install. During this closure please use the back park.

The front park will again be closed on or about September 30, 2013 for the removal of the playground equipment as the slides and many of the panels are damaged and can't be repaired.

The playground equipment in the back park will be removed and replaced with new larger equipment. The exact date for the installation is not yet set but we hope to have an update soon.

Requesting Harris County Repairs

General News

Several time every year the board receives request for everything from concrete repair to traffic signal installation. Unfortunately, these types of repairs are the responsibility of Harris County.

To request service, please complete the online Work Order Request Form (WORF) at http://www.hcp4.net/cad/worf.htm.

To see the Work Order Request Descriptions see http://www.hcp4.net/cad/worfdesc.htm.

We recently had a resident request help getting some of the sidewalks repaired. Below is what the county says about repairing sidewalks.

Sidewalk Maintenance: If the sidewalk damage is caused by a leak (sinkhole) in the storm sewer, Precinct 4 maintenance crews will repair the sinkhole and sidewalk. However, Precinct 4 will only repair a sidewalk that has been damaged by a sinkhole. If the sidewalk damage is not the result of a sinkhole, Precinct 4 will not be able to accommodate the request. Sidewalks are typically installed by the developer as an amenity to the community, therefore, sidewalk repair ultimately is the homeowner’s responsibility, unless the damage is caused by a sinkhole as noted above.
