While the State of Texas has opened up business activities COVID-19 is still with us. At this point, neither the state nor federal government has provided any relief on liability issues relating to COVID-19. For this reason the Board will continue to monitor all best practice recommendations and make adjustments to each of the below topics as deemed appropriate on a monthly basis.
