Pool Keys

Pool Key FOB distribution and waiver collection schedule.
The Key FOB distribution scheduled for Wednesday June 3rd is canceled due to weather.

All key fobs are currently disabled for residents who have not turned in a COVID-19 waiver
form. Homeowners will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver to access the front park, pool
and tennis courts. When we receive the signed waiver your key fob will be reactivated.

We plan on issuing pool key fobs and collecting waiver forms on Saturday June 6th and Sunday
June 7th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM and Wednesday June 10th from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM at the
Front Park Parking Lot, weather permitting.

Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if
you have a balance please send me your name and street address to pool@oakwoodglen.net
and I can look it up or contact the management company.

Please bring a Photo ID that shows your current address. If you are a renter please bring a copy
of your lease.

If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year.
Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the
cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.

If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25 (check or money
order only). Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.
