Report Suspicious people, vehicles and activities

Please report suspicious people, vehicles and activities to the Harris County Sheriff's Office at (713) 221-6000. If it is an emergency please dial 911.

When you call:
1. Identify Yourself - Name, Address, Phone Number.
2. Type of Crime - Suspicious person (s), vehicle(s), etc.
3. Where is it - name of building or landmark if no address can be given.
4. Description of Suspect(s) and/or Vehicle(s). Be Specific.
5. Direction Which the Suspect(s) and/or vehicles were Traveling.

The Sheriff's Department has also launched iWatchHarrisCounty

iWatchHarrisCounty is a mobile crime watch tool that you and your neighbors can use to report suspicious or criminal activity. It's a proactive, hands-on, partnership between you, the citizens of Harris County, and the Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO).
